Please note: You must reside within the state of California to make an appointment.

My online practice is run through a secure platform called Simple Practice. This is where appointments are scheduled, video sessions are conducted, where you can send messages, complete intake forms, make payments, upload and share files, etc.

  1. You will need to schedule your first appointment through Simple Practice and set up your client account.
  2. When your appointment is confirmed, you'll get a welcome email with links to the intake forms. Please make sure these forms are completed before the day of your appointment.
  3. If you are using your health insurance to pay for therapy, please let me know by either messaging me in your client portal or by uploading your insurance card info.
  4. After your first session, I will schedule all follow-up appointments for you at the end of session. Alternatively, you can also message me in the client portal to schedule.

* For those using insurance:
I process all in-network insurance payments through a service called Headway. When you schedule your first appointment on Simple Practice, please let me know if you plan to use your health insurance. This way we can make sure to set up your account on Headway to confirm your benefits, any deductibles or copayments, and in-network coverage before your first session.
